(I hope, this is not a double posting, because my first post I tried to send here disapeared in the universe of Bill Gates)
first of all I apologize for everything I am doing wrong and for writing in English. As you can see, I am new here and I don't understand anything in Finnish language. I am writing because I need help for my son, who is on a work & travel tour in Finland, Sweden Norway and Estonia.
In Talinn somebody smashed the hinge window of the right sliding door of his Kangoo.
He recognized it, when he picked up the car from a big parking area to reach the ferry boat to Helsinki, from where he had a fligth to Bulgaria to escape from the cold weather and to visit his sister there.
Nevertheless, I tried to organize in between a new window, but the delivery time is two weeks and the window must be paid first before the dealer will order it.
Thus, my son needs help:
Does anybody of you know a car recycler / srap yard with a Kangoo where my son can get the window? Or does anybody has such a window and is willing to sell it to my son? And he also needs some help to mount the window.
The VIN is VF1KC0SAF25323138, the window is light green, but also a dark green or a simple non-coloured window will work.
Also an option is buying plexi, cutting (nearly) in the correct shape with a jigsaw, drilling the holes for fitting it, and mounting it, is an option.
Can anybody help? My son arrives again at Vantaa airport on Saturday, 7th April.
